Shipping & Returns

Items are dispatched by ‘signed for’ first class post within the UK and by airmail small packet for orders received from outside the UK. Large orders may be sent by courier at our discretion.

Courier deliveries can be tracked and a signature will be required. If a customer requires a tracking facility for any item ordered for dispatch by post they should contact us so that we can inform them of the extra postal charge.

GlanceEasy Ltd customers may cancel their orders up to seven days from receipt of the item. We will issue a full refund of the item provided the item is returned to us intact in the original packaging. We do not refund postage for returned items.

If an incorrect product is delivered we undertake to replace it at our cost immediately we are informed about the mistake. If the product is out of stock and not available a refund will be offered.
